American made and patented technology that converts regulated medical waste into harmless, confetti-like material that can be thrown away as solid municipal trash or placed in an advanced recycling program. Ease-of-use, safety, convenience, environmental sustainability, and cost-saving benefits, all in one remarkable system. Cloud-based recording of compliance data.
From hazardous to harmless in about 60 minutes
The technology processes most forms of Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) by exposing the load to high-temperature steam. During the sterilization cycle, we elevate the steam to high pressures to create a sterile environment, ensuring all pathogens are killed. The sterilized material then undergoes a grinding process that renders the entire waste load unrecognizable and reduces the waste volume by up to 80%. The shredded waste is collected in a drawstring bag, allowing for the easy removal from the system and disposal into the solid waste stream or placement in an advanced recycling program.
